Hmmm, I am still not sure. Someone on ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) find_a_pb said they were making icons of Demi Moore from G.I. Jane, and maybe that would be better, idk. Maybe I should post these to my neglected icon journal, lol. I was also playing around with the coloring on the caps a bit, so they all look toooootally different, whoops.
Edit: Oh yeah, this is for this character, possibly. I have been stressing out soooo much about this PB choice. |

COMPLAINING!
For example:- My dad is an obnoxious jerk.
- If all your characters are the same anyway, then why bother applying for new ones?
- None of my bras fit and I am, like, totally breaking out. :( Also, my medication has been making me feel kind of queasy lately (Edit: and officially another side-effect that's kind of tmi but also really sucks).
- "Yeah, but" is the most annoying phrase in the English language.
So, idk. Feel free to add your complaints in the comments. Complain about anything you like. Let's make this a thing. |

raiderof is done! Now, the only application I have left is the one for fleets, and this one should require significantly less research.
Once again, I am not sure if I should put Big Steve Plot in motion at neopolis. I'm not going to be around much for the end of the month, and then there's the Big Game Plot in January. I'm just worried it'll all feel crammed in.
But on the other hand, I'll regret never doing it. So. |

So, I just found out today that the 12-page paper I thought was due on Tuesday is actually due on Wednesday at 7 p.m. I have about nine pages written, and I am feeling pretty good about it! This is more than I have probably ever had finished this long before the due date, both percentage and page-wise. However, writing those nine pages meant that I didn't do any review for my final on Wednesday at 9 a.m., so this is a problem.
In RP news, I am FINALLY going to go through with that Steve plot I talked about in like October. [Edit: Actually, j/k, I first talked it over with Jane back in April.] I am always such a failure at actually doing plots that I think up, so hopefully this will go as planned. Also, I am feeling kind of "eh" about Heather again, bleargh.
I am also feeling kind of "eh" about Arda over at Steamtrek, but I think that might be partly because the game is so new, and I don't have a solid idea of what he has to say yet. Something about him just feels kind of off and uncomfortable to me, as his player, and I'm not sure what it is.
I really enjoyed researching his history (on Wikipedia), even though actually writing the history section of his application turned out to be more angst and less history than I anticipated or intended. That might be part of why I'm uneasy about him? idk. But I am doing more research into the history and culture of the declining Ottoman Empire, and I am finding out more about him! For example, I discovered the other day that he dresses mainly in the Western style (probably a little showy as well, unexpectedly), and that he is a smoker. That doesn't really help much, but w/e.
Really, I just want to finish raiderof and play her. I kind of wish I had finished her first, since she is infinitely more likable and much easier to plot with. It is such a battle for me not to open her Google Doc and start writing. I SHOULD BE DOING WORK, DAMMIT! |

Project: Do Apps Over Thanksgiving Break is turning out to be a total bust (I already have ideas for a second Dreadcharacter, this is bad). Also, I do not have enough plot. steamtrek and fleets people who want to hash anything out, drop me a line here, and I will creep on your concepts and get back to you asap! :>
Also, regarding my schedule: I am starting a daily dose of Ambien at 11:00 p.m. CST, so I will be out of commission from that point every night for the foreseeable future. However, I shall endeavor to be around more during the day, and I am always reachable by e-mail!
P.S. I promise to get back to each and every one of you telling you why your characters are awesome. It shall be my Thanksgiving present to RPdom. |
