GOSH DARN IT, I FAIL. I am just really busy with classes starting and all, I barely have any time to look at RP. And when I do, I just have no motivation to actually do anything. As such, my plans for what to do about the end of Neo are very short.

Heather
- Has already changed her name. She is now legally Marina Yurievna Ivanova, but you can still call her Heather. As before, I just fail, and I will be posting a backdated narrative hopefully this weekend. And an e-mail to the Deans, since I can explain the time delay in paperwork getting processed. I do not know anything about legal name changes or how long they take, beyond that girl who got her named changed in that teen book Hope Was Here. I'll also have her post about it, but she might actually wait on that one.
- I actually have a friend whose name is Nicole, and whom everyone called Nicole last year, who came to school this year and refuses to be called Nicole. She is now Nic or Nikki. I trip up on this so much. D:
- I think Heather is looking for a rebound relationship because she is a skankalank like that. So maybe I can get to the "shipping on purpose" thing and throw her at some guy, idk. I can't really think of who she'd be interested in that she actually has a chance with, so if you have a single dude (preferably BHH) that likes blondes, please holler my way!

Steve
- Waaaaay back when, Stephen was getting kind of stuck in a rut, and I had this idea that I would give him some family drama to play more on the divide between him and his father. I was thinking some serious health issues for Mr. Inertia, maybe even killing him off so that Steve would literally be forced to think about where that puts him in regards to the BHH, the Inertia legacy, etc.
- I actually talked this over with a few people a few weeks before Timesplosion (I remember Jane was one of them because she had a character who would also have been affected, although not as much). But after Timesplosion I felt like I had enough to work with without stirring the pot, so to speak. But the thought's still here after all these months, and I need to decide what to do with it.

Yeah, see, IDK IF I WANT TO DO IT. A lot of characters already have dead parents, and now that it's no longer necessary for me to fuck up his life to get him developing, I don't want to do anything that drastic extraneously. And I wouldn't want to risk being insensitive because I do know someone who's just lost a parent. Role-playing about it is... idk man, it is something I have to think about. Even though I've thought about it for like five months.

BTW, I went to my poetry class for the first time today! And we were going around and introducing ourselves and why we wanted to be in poetry, what our experience with poetry was, etc. And this one girl said she'd just transferred from Sarah Lawrence. "And I'd taken a few poetry classes there, but they were all approached from a very... abstract standpoint, and I wanted to try something that was a little more traditional."

And I was like, "Oooh burn, SLC."

But really, now that I've got the syllabus, I don't think it's going to be all that traditional. We're learning to write in traditional forms and such, but lol. Our first assignment is to write a poem that is bad on purpose.
